Van Norman flywheel grinders are precision resurfacing machines built for automotive, diesel, and heavy-duty truck shops that want to bring flywheel grinding in-house — eliminating outsourcing delays and capturing more profit per job. Every machine features a one-piece cast base with zero table deflection, direct drive turntable, and optional PowerHead with AutoGrind™. Machined, painted, and assembled in Cedar Rapids, Iowa from U.S.-sourced castings and steel.

The FG5000 is the right choice for most automotive and diesel rebuilding shops — grinds most flywheels in 5–10 minutes, available in single or three phase. Choose the FG10000 if you regularly grind heavy-duty truck flywheels, run high daily volume, or need maximum rigidity and head clearance for hard-spot work.
