BNP Blast Cabinet Models

BNP55, BNP65, and BNP220

The BNP series represents Clemco's line of blast cabinets designed to provide high quality and customized abrasive surface preparation solutions for manufacturers and contractors serving a variety of industries including aerospace, power generation, oil & gas, firearms, medical, food services and others.

BNP Blast Cabinets offer work chamber sizes ranging from 42" x 23" x 30" to 69" x 70.5" x 63" for Suction Blast systems and from 36" x 35" x 37" to 69" x 70.5" x 63" for Pressure Blast systems. The cabinets are available in seven different sizes to accommodate different part sizes.

Both suction and pressure versions are available, with pressure blast systems able to increase the blast production rate by as much as 300% when compared with suction blasting.

The Pulsar series includes multiple configurations designed for different production needs:

Pulsar Plus Models

Suction Cabinets:

  • Pulsar Plus III-S: 36"W x 35"D x 37"H with 300 CFM reclaimer and 300 CFM dust collector
  • Pulsar Plus VI-S: 50"W x 39"D x 37" H with 600 CFM reclaimer and 600 CFM dust collector

Specialty Suction Cabinets:

  • Pulsar Plus 55-S: 42"W x 23"D x 30"H with 300 CFM reclaimer and 300 CFM dust collector - described as the most compact Pulsar Plus Cabinet. It is fixed height and the power module is attached
  • Pulsar Plus III-S6: 36"W x 35"D x 37"H with 600 CFM reclaimer and 600 CFM dust collector

Pressure Cabinets:

  • Pulsar Plus III-P: 36"W x 35"D x 37"H with 300 CFM reclaimer and 300 CFM dust collector
  • Pulsar Plus VI-P: 50"W x 39"D x 37" H with 600 CFM reclaimer and 600 CFM dust collector

Other Pulsar Models

  • Pulsar IX: Clemco's largest standard, single-chamber blast cabinets with dimensions of 61″W x 57.5″D x 87″H cabinet and 55.5″W x 50.5″ D x 45″H working chamber
  • Pulsar 3-D: For small work pieces and production parts with 24″W x 18″ D x 19″H working chamber
